Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StreamTools at streamtools.gg (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use StreamTools. By creating an account you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@streamtools.gg of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

StreamTools offers paid subscription plans with varying feature limits. Prices and features are described on our pricing page.

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for the subscription period.
  • Payments are processed in cryptocurrency. Transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • Plans activate once payment confirmation is received on-chain.
  • We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use StreamTools for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Upload content that is fraudulent, misleading, or infringes third-party rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to StreamTools systems or other users' accounts.
  • Circumvent rate limits or API quotas through automated means.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our prior written consent.
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Service's code, design, or content.
  • Use the Service to track individuals without their knowledge or consent where prohibited by law.

6. API Usage

Access to the StreamTools API is included with paid plans. API keys are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for all requests made with your API key. We reserve the right to revoke API access for abuse, excessive usage, or security concerns. Rate limits apply as documented in the Knowledge Base.

7. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to StreamTools (community member records, bonus entries, etc.). By using the Service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content.

8. Intellectual Property

StreamTools and its original content (excluding user data), features, and functionality are owned by StreamTools and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Service without express written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STREAMTOOLS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO STREAMTOOLS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless prohibited by local law.
